Intro To Mindfulness

You’ll get the tools to do all this and more in this practical 4-week course that will introduce—or reintroduce—you to practices of Buddhist-based Vipassana Meditation. This course will include:

  • Seated meditation (of course)

  • Standing and walking meditation (IS THAT ALLOWED?!)

  • Ways to practice mindfulness of thoughts and feelings

  • What to do when you feel restless in meditation

  • Talks that clearly explain all content

  • Q&A's throughout to voice concerns, or ask about obstacles that arise

  • Accountability to practice throughout the weeks

  • Some light yoga and Physical Therapy-based movement

  • Practical tips to continue practice after the course is over

 

If you miss one session there will be make-up handouts and recorded talks and meditations. 

This series will be on 4 Saturdays July 13, 20 &  August 3rd, 10th.

2-3:30 pm

Cost per person is $99 for the entire 4 sessions.
