You’ll get the tools to do all this and more in this practical 4-week course that will introduce—or reintroduce—you to practices of Buddhist-based Vipassana Meditation. This course will include:
Seated meditation (of course)
Standing and walking meditation (IS THAT ALLOWED?!)
Ways to practice mindfulness of thoughts and feelings
What to do when you feel restless in meditation
Talks that clearly explain all content
Q&A's throughout to voice concerns, or ask about obstacles that arise
Accountability to practice throughout the weeks
Some light yoga and Physical Therapy-based movement
Practical tips to continue practice after the course is over
If you miss one session there will be make-up handouts and recorded talks and meditations.
This series will be on 4 Saturdays July 13, 20 & August 3rd, 10th.
