• Welcome to Better With Age Yoga, a class designed for seasoned practitioners who are 50 and older. In this mixed levels class, we will practice classical asana and sequences that celebrate and recognize the changes in our bodies. We'll start with a warm-up and focus on the joints and connective tissue. As we move through the positions, we'll listen to our bodies more deeply and move more conscientiously. Let's honor the intelligence of our changing bodies and embody the rich wisdom of this stage in life.

  • Welcome to our relaxing slow deep stretch class. In this class, we facilitate deep release and increase flexibility through poses that are held for minutes and supported with props such as straps, bolsters, blocks, and blankets. Take deep breaths as you stretch all major areas of your body. This class is perfect for when you want to dig deep into those muscles and feel the stretch, when you need to slow way down, or when you're new to yoga and want to start with something a little less active than Basics. Our goal is to release and breathe deeply while building flexibility. You'll leave feeling loose and blissed out!

  • In this class, we focus on taking slow deep stretches that facilitate deep release and increase flexibility. The poses are held for several minutes, which allows the muscles to relax and delve deeper into the stretch. We use props such as straps, bolsters, blocks, and blankets to support the body and make the poses more accessible to everyone.

    Throughout the class, we encourage our students to take deep breaths as they stretch all major areas of their body. This helps to calm the mind and reduce stress levels. We believe that this class is perfect for those who want to dig deep into their muscles and really feel the stretch, those who need to slow way down, or those who are new to yoga and want to start with something a little less active than Basics.

Introducing Brooke Campanelli, Co-Owner SoulPlay and certified Yoga Instructor, Mindfulness facilitator, and Meditation practitioner with over 10 years of experience. She is the founder of Mindful Kids LA and a trained Mindful Schools Educator, as well as a Forme Life Fitness trainer. Brooke's teaching approach centers around Yin, Vipassana, and Philosophy.

Through her dedicated practice of Yoga, Mindfulness, and Meditation, Brooke discovered a fuller, more present, and joyful life. Now, she is passionate about sharing this transformative practice with adults and children alike, aiming to increase joy in their lives.
