Balance your body, mind & spirit in this 2 hr workshop using Chinese Medicine & Yoga to help us bloom into Summer!
We begin with a heart opening Qi Gong practice, flow into a deeply relaxing Yin Yoga practice and end in a 30 min Savasana with ear acupuncture and essential oils.
If you have never done ear accupuncture, there are 2 points on the ear that bring about deep calm and grounding, you will leave feeling blissed out and renewed for the Summer season.
