Getting sTARTED
Embrace your body and breath: Yoga is for EVERYBODY.
Flexibility is not a requirement; focus on connection, not contortion.
Allow yourself to be a beginner and explore without self-criticism.
Bring your own mat; props are available for borrow or purchase.
Wear comfortable, movable clothing; no shoes or socks.
Unplug and create sacred space.
Remove shoes as a sign of respect for the practice.
Practice regularly for greater benefits (2-3 times a week if possible).
Stay hydrated and bring a small towel for sweat.
