Join me, Tbob, in an exciting and energizing All Levels Flow class! This mixed-level session focuses on the beautiful connection between movement and breath. Experience the power of Vinyasa yoga as we dive into sun salutations, dynamic movements, and creative sequences.
Our comprehensive practice includes a slower warm-up and cool-down, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the flow. These classes are open to all levels, but some basic yoga experience is helpful (beginners, you can start with Yoga Basics first).
This class is perfect for a mid-day break when you're craving movement, breath, and flow. It's also ideal for adventurous newcomers who are willing to embrace the journey even if they feel a little lost (don't worry, I'll guide you every step of the way!).
Our goal is to get your heart pumping, keep you moving, and leave you in a state of pure bliss by the end. Join me on the mat for an invigorating experience that will leave you refreshed and rejuvenated.

Welcome to Better With Age Yoga, a vibrant and inclusive class designed for seasoned practitioners aged 50 and older, this mixed levels session celebrates and embraces the changes in our bodies.
In this class, we'll dive into classical asanas and sequences that honor our unique journeys. We'll begin with a warm-up, paying special attention to our joints and connective tissue. Throughout the practice, we'll move consciously and listen deeply to our bodies.
Personalized attention and modifications will be provided to support each student's individual needs, allowing everyone to practice at their desired level. We encourage you to honor the intelligence of your changing body and embody the rich wisdom that this stage in life brings.

Introducing T-Bob, an upbeat and playful yoga teacher specializing in LYT® Method, a style of yoga created by Physical Therapist Lara Heimann. Focusing on strength, mobility, and adaptability, this approach prioritizes these aspects over contortionist stretching. If you're experiencing persistent tightness, stiffness, soreness, or working with injuries, or if you seek to improve posture and build strength, this practice is perfect for you. T-Bob infuses his warmth and passions for Buddhist mindfulness, yoga philosophy, anatomical and biomechanical education, and giggling into his teachings.
