Join Michelle Solotar for a 2.5 hour foundational workshop designed to give you a solid understand of the fundamentals so you can grow your practice, explore your body safely and understand how all of your parts work together to support the whole.
This workshop will provide you with a deeper understanding of how your body works in your yoga practice and will leave you feeling empowered and confident in your ability to personalize your practice according to your needs.

Anatomy & mechanical principles
Understanding Tadasana (mountain pose) and how it supports your entire practice
Trunk and core stabilization
Fundamentals of the hands & arms
Mechanics of Standing Postures and Seated Postures
How to build strength & space in the shoulders
How to use props to support your poses as you build strength

The workshop will culminate in a class to put together everything you’ve learned.
