In this workshop, we will work in innovative ways to use props in:
Sun Salutation A & B
Standing & Balancing Poses
Backbends
Inversions & Arm Balances
Yin & Restorative Poses
Using props in your asana practice will give you more freedom, mobility and strength to move optimally and gracefully. It can open you up to learn new things and keep your mind engaged in your practice.
No yoga props at home? No worries! We will also cover how to use household items as props, too!
For this workshop, you’ll want to have handy:
a strap (e.g. belt, bathrobe belt, mat carrying strap, etc.)
2 blocks (e.g. stacks of books, Tupperware container, etc)
a bolster (or pillow)
a chair
